Many people use the webmail too and they have to use Clipboard when would like to send you a mail. So the contact form on your website is a good idea.

The good news is that you don’t have to be a programmer to implement a contact form on your website. At first, you can use special modules for your content management system, like Drupal. But more flexible and interesting solution is to build a contact form using the Google Talk script.

You should have your own Google login to use the contact form based on Google Talk. However your visitors doesn’t need to login anywhere.
